A DIFFERENT KIND OF ASSET
Years of doing good.
A new way to fund it.
Your team has spent years solving problems, coordinating programs, and making limited resources go further. AI companies are interested in the real-world processes behind that work.
Slack
How your team coordinates projects, solves problems, and makes decisions.
Gmail
How work moves through communication, follow-up, and approvals.
Google Workspace
How plans take shape, documents evolve, and teams collaborate.
HubSpot
How your organization structures outreach and manages connected workflows.
PROTECT THE TRUST YOU’VE BUILT
Your processes have value.
Your contacts stay private.
This is not a sale of your contact list. Buyers are interested in how work gets done. Protecting the people behind that work comes first.
Exclude what should stay private
Contact and donor lists are excluded. Sensitive beneficiary, personnel, privileged, and confidential records can be kept out entirely.
Remove identifying information
Within approved materials, names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and contextual identifiers are removed or redacted through a defined preparation and review process.
Approve the material and the buyer
Your designated reviewers approve the scope, prepared material, and recipient before sharing. Your organization remains in control of whether to proceed.
Please send the [Program] report to [Partner contact] once finance approves the budget. The approval sequence is program lead → finance → director.
Names and identifiers removed. Workflow retained.
Real materials require technical and human review.
Removing a name is not always enough. Some records should remain private rather than be anonymized.

Any buyer-paid referral compensation we receive is disclosed and credited against our fee.
Understand the minimum and outside costs
For agreements paying less than $100,000, the $10,000 minimum means the effective fee exceeds 10%. Any outside legal or technical costs are identified and agreed separately before they are incurred.
GOOD QUESTIONS TO ASK
Let’s make it clear.
Exploring the opportunity should start with understanding it.
Operational records show how people coordinate work, make decisions, and handle exceptions. Selected buyers license this knowledge to develop and evaluate AI systems that perform real-world tasks.
